Feeling more comfortable presently about putting these babies in the outdoor soil of our tiny garden.

I find it amazing that you still get snow. I had to turn on my A/C because it's getting warm here.

Your A/C, Shoshana! Wow. We're a couple of months away from that - at least. I think. Ha! What do I know. Snow in April??

Thanks for stopping by!

Boy, it's not everyday you see tulips with snow on them. That's a really special photo!

April 20, isn't that a really late snow?

I know, Sandy, weird huh - tulips and snow???!!! Isn't it something the way the little darlings have closed themselves up against the weight and chill of the snow? I saw that and had to record it in photo form.

It really IS unusual for us to get snow in April, you are correct about that. We normally get either no snow at all in winter, or a few inches for a couple of days maybe twice, and never past February. Now and then we'll have a doozy of a storm that will bring lots of snow, or freezing rain, cold temps (for us) and a week of bearing with it.

This was quite a treat to us! Weird, but fun, if you know what I mean. It melted off rapidly.

Crazy, crazy, crazy. We are getting August weather here - hot, humid, usually dry here this time of year. But at least no snow atop my plants. :)

August weather in May! Mercy me, Gardenia. Stay cool, friend.
